چکیده
Plevral multikistik mezotelyal proliferasyon çok nadir bir serozal patolojidir. Bu yazıda dispne ve göğüs ağrısı şikayetiyle acil servise başvuran ve hemotoraksla prezente plevral multikistik mezotelyal proliferasyon olgusunu paylaşmak istedik. Literatürde plevral multikistik mezotelyal proliferasyon tanımlanan bir olgu bildirilmiştir. Plevral multikistik mezotelyal proliferasyon nadir bir benign patoloji olsa da hemotoraks gibi yaşamsal komplikasyonlara neden olabilir.
